Reverend Doctor Kenneth Percell Moore

The Reverend Doctor Kenneth Percell Moore began his Ministry 19 years ago. He has served under appointment in the Baltimore-Washington Conference in several churches including, Mt. Zion UMC, Pasadena; Macedonia UMC, Odenton; and Mt. Olive UMC, Randallstown. In all of these appointments, souls were lead to Christ in personal, committed, spiritual relationships. One hundred percent apportionment's were paid to support mission & correctional ministries, membership increased, and lay leadership was developed.
Endorsed by the United Methodist Board of Higher Education, he has served in the U.S Navy as a Chaplain and currently an Air Force Reserve Chaplain, Iraq and Afghanistan Veteran. Completing two years of Clinical Pastoral Education, he has served the Military in specialized ministry in hospitals an death and grief counseling.
Pastor Moore has served within the Conference on the Annapolis District Committee on Ordained Ministry and Conference Sessions Committee; as an Instructor for the Annapolis District School of Faith and Life and the Conference Certified Lay Ministry Program; and as the Conference Hunger Coordinator. He is and Adjunct Professor in the Disciplines of Oral Communication and Philosophy at nationally #1 ranked Anne Arundel Community College.
He is a graduate of Bowie State University (B.S. Cum Laude 1995), Wesley Theological Seminary (M. Div. 1998), ad Doctorate in Religious Education.
He was ordained an Elder in 2002. He is married to Tonica Bouyer-Moore and the father of one young adult daughter and two teenage boys. He is widely respected and known in the academic community and church. He is a gifted theologian, compassionate counselor, accomplished educator, proven, inspiring and humble servant leader. His ministry is transforming and he empowers Laity to Bear Acts 2 Fruit.
